You can get a full refund within 14 days. Paddle handles all payments.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full, without giving a reason. This also applies to the first payment of a subscription.

Use the link in your receipt, go to paddle.net, or write to us. A refund ends your licence.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future payments. It doesn't refund a period you already paid for, and Tele stays licensed until that period ends.
