Why Tele needs Screen Recording and Accessibility
The Mac that shares its windows needs both. The Mac you sit at doesn't.
macOS asks for these permissions on the Mac that shares its windows.
- Screen Recording lets Tele show that Mac's windows on your other Mac.
- Accessibility lets your keyboard and mouse work in those windows.
Tele sends windows only to Macs you've paired, and everything between them is encrypted. Password managers are always on the Never share these apps list.
Turning them on
Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security. Turn Tele on under Screen Recording and under Accessibility.
